Does anyone know how to crop an image so that just the image itself shows and not the background? For example, if I take a picture of an apple, when I use the crop tool, some of the background still shows up in a rectangular square along with the apple. I just want to crop the apple itself (out of the background), so that just the apple itself is showing.

Can anyone help?

if you use a light background ,say white ,you can use brighten and sharpen to erase the background color
