I'm not a virgin anymore. After 4 years, received my first neg. Simple case of retaliatory feedback. Bidder never responded to my numerous EOA e-mails. I filed payment reminder. I filed non-paying bidder alert. I filed and received final value fee credit. Then left the deserved neg. Almost 3 months later, bidder leaves neg "bad ebayer. Doesn't answer emails".

What's a good response. I can't seem to squeeze everything I want to say into 80 characters. HELP.

What's a good response

That bites, however your own words will work very well.

Retaliatory feedback, No contact, no payment.
Just put date of auction, date of filing.

Do it fast!! If it's been almost 3 months, they are probably trying to get in a neg just under the 90 day deadline so you can't respond. I would get over there and leave a response right now. The example Trai gave is excellent and it will make you look like a professional and not a hothead.
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.
