Someone explain this!

I have an auction up for a Super Bowl 20 video and one for a Super Bowl 25 video and have been selling them and other items for a long time without any problems, today I got an email from eBay saying they ended my auction for the Super Bowl 20 video becasue it may violate a copyright, yet they left the super bowl 25 video up, the two auctions have the exact same wording! It was not a VeRo notice, does this mean someone reported me? If so why are they allowing me to keep one of my auctions up and take the other down?

It does sound like someone reported you. Ebay has people that go around and look for copyright violations and such. Why they are allowing one to stay up is beyond me.

If you taped those football games from your TV that is illegal. Those games are property of the NFL and can't be reproduced. It states that at the end of all football games. If you taped them from another tape that is also illegal.
