don't send the merchandise. You might not remember but about a week ago I posted that a friend ordered a video. Auction ended Oct. 30 and she still doesn't have the video. She paid an additional charge for insurance also so she would be guaranteed that either the video or her payment would be returned. She received two email from the seller. One when the auction ended that he was sending it and the next one was in a response to hers that she hadn't received it and he told her to wait a week email him again if it didn't come. She did that and now has heard nothing. I have never had that problem because I never buy any more. This seller is a power seller and I only know part of his seller ID. Should she email powersellers or who? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

If something gets lost in the mail that has insurance the post office makes you wait 30 days from the mailing date before a claim can even be opened. It can be a long process.

did the buyer file buyer complaint under buyer protection program,he should ????
paypal would ask the seller to show online tracking delivery confirmation of the engine??? if the seller can be contacted???
good luck.
may be next time consider meeting him half way to exchange money for engine.

I you are e-mailing the powerseller and they are not responding, this is an immediate grounds for a negative. You may not ever receive your item, but it will warn other potential bidders of the crappy service this typical powerseller doesn't give.
