If I have a non-paying bidder, Ebay will refund my Final Value Fees. I'm sort of new here and was wondering if AuctionWatch will also refund the Final value fees. If so, how do I go about it? Thanks,

and thank you for asking that timely question. Just filed for my first NPB refund and left my first neutral. Really wanted to leave a negative but didn't. Bidder bought some golf clubs by mistake (yeah right) said he was left handed and his wife used BIN on RH clubs. Checked his sales history at the time, he was a 1 fb. But since then he's bid on 4 other sets of right handed clubs!
