have you ever considered what happens when you past bidder who left you good feedback becomes not a registered bidder,his feedback is turned to neutral.
so when more and more turn unregistered,your feedback rating wil go down.

Feedback stays as it was when a buyer goes NARU. The system was changed quite some time ago.
