I have a buyer who left me negative FB saying that I never contacted her at the end of the auction. Before she left the neg I received an email from her with the threat that if I didn't contact her within 48 hours she would leave neg FB. Of course I contacted her, four times, including once through eBay.
I filed an alert & then FVF, have not left her FB yet, but am going to very soon.
Now she is asking that I remove the FVF. I told her I would do it if she removes the neg FB she left for me.
She has agreed to do this.
Now, my problem is I know this can be done, but I forget how it's done. Is it called Fair Trade or something like that?
Can someone let me know who it is that does this & how to get in touch with them.

If your going to do this, make sure she pays for it and not you! Even ebay's tos states three business days for contact.[even that is not written in stone]
Wait for payment and leave no feedback at the end.[just in case]

Thanks replay & trai:
I'll bet she won't go for the 20.00.
What she bid on was only 2.50 & I know she received my emails. I think it was buyers remorse & all for just 2.50.
She in very new on eBay & probably knew nothing about alerts & FVF. Now she's squirming about the black mark with eBay & the fact that I told her I will be leaving neg FB.
How strange that she is now getting my email, yeah sure.
I don't intend to pay any of the 20.00 fee or even leave her FB if she does, I will reverse the FVf. Her neg against me is not damaging at all, it merely states that I did not answer her email. My reply was that I did 4 times including one through eBay & she obviously has an email problem.

It look as if you have very good feedback. It took me 3 page changes to find the neg. Your responce and then hers tells me the neg was a mistake.
I had no idea she left a follow up. When I read your post I thought you were talking about my first neg. The first neg was because the buyer never received her package. She didn't email me, just left a neg. I responded that she should have contacted me & I would have replaced the item, I did that, it was a rubber stamp, & she responded with an apology.
Well, I feel better now. So glad you found that out, I would have never looked at it again.
I guess newbies need a break, but then again sometimes they need to be taught a lesson.
I never once thought this one was being truthful with me.

I won't be putting up any auctions for a month or so (going out of country), but when I do, I am going to request a return receipt for every e-mail EOA message I send. I need proof that the winning bidder gets my EOA. There have been a few e-mail glitches in the past month or so, and at least this way I'd have proof that I sent my message!
