I just took the survey and on the last question about adding ways to improve the system I wrote:

When the Final NPB is filed the buyer should NOT be able to leave any feedback for that seller!

Looks like a well-designed survey. I hope the participants get to see results.

Screw the only 250 charactures,,,,,go back and continue what you really want to say,I did and it took. 250 is not nearly enough to cover the silly feed back system.

I took the survey and there was not enough room for me to say how i felt about the feedback system.
I also mentioned that once a Seller files NPB ..........the buyer should not be allowed to leave feedback unless they can prove to Ebay that what the seller did was wrong.

They should have allowed more room for our opinions, there is sooooooooooo much to say about how the feedback system does not work in the proper direction that it was meant to be.

Actually, you can take the survey over and over, but it only accepts your first response - the rest are eliminated as duplicates.

The program doesn't rely on cookies solely to recognize a repeat user.

I bet they imprint your unique IP address on each survey. You can take the survey on different computers maybe and have them take but not on the same one.
