Email recieved from previous mentioned customer - who had not yet read her mail before sending this (or noticed that I left her her FIRST feedback comment after figuring out which payment was hers):

::Please advise status of order. I've received no response to the last two e-mails I've sent you. Also I've noticed that there is an item just like the one I've paid for up for auction on e-bay again. I'd like to get this resolved and not have to leave negitive feedback and file a complaint with e-bay.::

My reply

So let me get this straight.
1) You don't fill out Checkout form
2) You send payment with ZERO information as to what it's for
3)ou threaten to file negs and a complaint against ME because I actually decide to take a day off ...on the weekend?

Do you HONESTLY think I'm going to steal your 3.99?

For future reference:
Follow directions in emails sent by seller - this will help to avoid problems on both sides
Include your address and purchase info in the envelope with your payment
Remember that sellers are people too and sometimes, they get days off - especially on weekends. They enjoy their family, they go to the movies, ot they just decide that eBay is not life and take a day off to veg on the couch with a great book and enjoy a play-off game.

Try to treat your seller with the same patience and understanding you expect from them.

Boy do I agree with everything you said! Bidders have become really nasty this season. Threats and negs for nothing... In my four years on ebay, this is the worst it's ever been for us... hope it's not the start of a mean trend...

And here I thought Fluffy was attracting all of the nasties. Looks like there are plenty to go around. Loved your reply. Can I plagarize it? They way things are going it's only a matter of time before I'll need it.

Can I kill it now?

I suggest a good beating. Maybe even a bite. If she is in Florida, my Cat can take care of the details.

neonmania: I liked your response so much I saved it to disk.

shop4shoes: I'm not so sure this ISN'T one of my customers. It sounds awfully familiar, right down to the "you're selling my item again" whine.

My public email is [email protected], if anyone wants to reach me.

LOL they ARE coming out of the woodwork lately! I am starting to look at the really nasty buyers as sort of free therapy - unload on one really rude one and feel good the rest of the day, at least!

If you really need the rug beater, just let me know (my husband seems to be behaving these days)
