We have this Fiesta ware that we thought was fake, but had an someone send us an email telling us they thought it is real. Can any Fiesta experts give us some insight.

on the incurable collectors a couple of weeks ago, they had a Fiesta collector featured. According to the collector, all Fiesta ware was marked as such and many dish makers produced the same type dishes.
why did you stop the auction early? you have described them beautifully and even if you thought they were real, without the mark you couldn't be sure. did they already have bids?

There was the original colors of Fiesta Ware and then there was a remake.It looks like you have a combination of both.But it isn't fake.Most China companys have been bought out by someone.

maggie, according to Schroeders book, Fiesta was created by the Homer Laughlin Company from 1936 until 1973...in 1969 it was restyled and of the original colors, only red remained...
Homer Laughlin marks all pieces...the Fiesta was marked either with either an ink stamp under the glaze or an indented mark on the holloware pieces..in 1986 they introduced a new Fiesta line with new colors,black white pink apricot and cobalt.
as I said before, many companies came up with the look because of its popularity.
