It may be that I have run out of patience with people but I work very hard to please my customers. Along comes Canadian Newbie,(French speaking) receives 3 WBN, one from Ebay, two from AW. I was on top of this and sent alternate email address as I received her email saying she had a problem.

On day 6 she claims check out button not working, can't access link on AW notice. I email totals and then find her neg went on Ebay on day 5.

It is obvious she is having computer issues but I just want to neg her and let the sale go as I think she will be a problem. Since feedback can't be changed but only responded to that is a done issue.

the neg I am considering if it fits is:

Computer Novice negs seller day 5 after receiving 4 emails, can't perform checkout Beware.

Am I just having a bad hair day? Did I get up on the wrong side of the bed today?

I guess I need to spell everything out on my checkout for the Newbies.

Any thoughts on this?

Doesn't sound like you did anything wrong except get out of bed. Some mornings don't you wish that you could be greated with a . It would make the day go better. Response sounds good.

I'd probably respond with:

Loose nut behind keyboard cannot follow directions.

Also would respond to the neg with your comment

What an idiot. It's your fault htat she can't work her PC and that another site (allegedly) isn't functioning?

Your neg for her is good. Just don't forget to NPB her. That should make her regret her inability to work a PC except to bid and leave unwarranted negs.

Her sister lives in S. CAl. I got negged becauseshe felt my emails were too negative. She also was anewbie. This neg came before the transaction was completed. I refused to sell to her, although she couldn't give me another.

Dear Ebay User

Om behalf of all sellers on ebay in fact all internet users in the world, we suggest that you place you computer back in the box it came in and give it back to the person whom sold it to you without giving you and IQ test ( we will deal with them later )> Because we have found you too stupid to operate it.

You won't believe this, I can't. On Thursday I work all day to put up 108 BIN auctions for the FLD. Friday I take care of other business and Saturday find that Ms French canadian has clicked the BIN button for the same item. This time she can access the Check out page on Auction Watch and selects COD payment option.

I didn't have time to file a NPB. and I don't ship COD to Canada. So I think Im looking at another neg from the same women. The only thing that might work is to require she file through Square Trade before I except any form of payment and she would have to have the other neg removed if she is not purchasing two items.

Anyone able to help me guess my way out of this one?

If you offer c.o.d. as an option, and you also ship to international bidders, you need to state in your TOS that you do not ship c.o.d. to international buyers. If you don't have that clearly specified, then you should ship it to her. If you refuse, you deserve a neg. Getting right down to basics, you are both obligated to observe the terms of the TOS. You have the upper hand in that you are the author of the TOS. If you leave anything out, it's your loss. I personally would never offer to ship anything c.o.d. If they refuse, you can get hit for return shipping plus the c.o.d. fees.

The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

I agree my fault for not updating my Auction Watch check out. I didn't realize I had that option in the check out.

To my knowledge there is not a shipping service that will allow a COD to Canada, but I could be wrong on that too. When I say I don't ship COD to Canada its more that I can't rather than I won't.

You mean you didn't Blacklist her from your
auctions after the first Negative she left you?
