I had an auction end on Jan 12. The high bidder replied to the EOA 5 days later saying she would send a money order...that is the last I heard, no payment. after 2 weeks and 2 unanswered emails asking when payment was mailed, I filed NPB, still no response. Yesterday morning I filed for FVF and relisted the item.

Today I receive the payment, decide to ship the item because it would not sell for that again, and stopped the listing.

Now the dilemma, how do I notify ebay about the FVF and NPB? I had already left her neg for nonpayment and added a remark to that saying payment had finally arrived.

Ebay can remove the NPB warning. Check out:

You can reverse the FVF your self.

Feedback: Think you've done all that you can do.

thank you both, all done. Now if she gives me a neg, oh well, such is life.

I don't know if this will help, but what I do personally when I get a non-paying bidder is file for fvf at the appropriate time, but I hold of leaving a neg for a couple of weeks. There are things that happen, like illness, computer crashes, natural disasters etc. I figure that the fvf claim I can reverse, but not the neg. There is no advantage to leaving it right away, and it not only saves me leaving one unneccessarily, but also of getting one as a reprisal.
