I got an email from PayPal saying that the next time I sign in, I'll need to read their new User Agreement and I can accept or not accept their terms.
I just wanted to verify that this is REALLY PayPal and not a virus.

nope, it's not a virus. You have to agree to the agreement, though. They won't let you disagree and continue useing paypal....

You have aboput 55 days to accept the new regs. or thy wil;l automatically close your account & send you the proceeds.
