I have 4 Noritake Goldena plates to list, but I can't find the date. Code is "R", and looks like a "C" going through it. They have a ponteil mark, so I know they are old. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Amber; If you can put on a pic of the backstamp, I may be able to pin down the approximate date. I hav a book of Noritake backstamps going back to the beginning in 1884. In some case the same backstamp was used for several yrs., so it may not be possible get the exact year.

Amber, This mark is from 1911. It was registered May 30, 1911. RC stands for Royal China.
