Anybody have a synopsis on the changes to the Paypal User Agreement? I have not had a chance to look through it.

there is a recent thread on this issue.
buyer can now return the item with dc and file complaint with paypal within 30 days.and paypal will look into it and collect the names of sellers who get the most complaints!!!

I was just checking out that NEW PAYPAL USER AGREEMENT tonight .... Section 16 which is the extra box they want you to check when agreeing to their new policies .... it basically covers all the loopholes PAYPAL forgot when folks took PAYPAL to court for screwing over them ... so PAYPAL now wants to protect themselves by getting you to agree to let them do anything they want .... take the time to at least look at that section ....

I HAVE NOT HAD A CHANCE TO LOOK AT NEW CONTRACT.I HOPE IT HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH BUYERS ORDERING WITH CREDIT CARDS AND THEN TRYING TO COLLECT THEIR MONEY BACK .(AFTER THEY RECIEVED ITEM).THIS HAPPENED TO ME ALOT RIGHT BEFORE XMAS.EVEN THOUGH I HAD INSURED BECAUSE I DID NOT GET A TRACKING NUMBER PAYPAL REFUNDED MONEY TO THE BUYER.POST OFFICE REFUNDED MONEY TO ME BECAUSE I HAD PROOF I MAILEED.SO WHO IS OUT ON THIS??ME WITH NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.

If you wait to give feedback to the buyer after they've given feedback to you, then you can neg them right back.
