I had that happen a couple of weeks ago and a winner tried to pay me by paypal and paypal wouldn't accept it because they were not notified that this buyer was a winner. I never did receive an EOA for that auction. Never got paid either. Buyer does not respond my emails.
Monday I had auctions end and I received all but one EOA notice and that came two days later. Lucky thing was it didn't have a bid.

No end of auction notices here either, eBay must be having a problem of some kind or else it is a busy Sunday night with the one cent gallery week.

Yeah, I have had over 850 auctions end today and just 3 end-notices. But I don't use them so It doesn't bother me much.
Nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you care!
