Is it a bad idea to take PayPal from someone with 2 feedback that has a confirmed address with PayPal but is an "Unverified Buyer"? I understand that I am only covered under their Seller Protection Policy if I ship to a confirmed address, but what about an unverified buyer. Any chance of a charge back there?

Now days any transaction you accept from PP is risky. But as long as you ship to the verified address (with delivery confirmation or by UPS) you greatly reduce the risk. I've sold to unverified buyers (with high & low feedback) with a confirmed address before and didn't have a problem.

Pretty much what bear said. Its a crap shoot at the best of time. If its a low amount I will not sweat over it, over a larger amount its bidpay only.

Kasue - I have a second account paypal account that I am doing buying with. That's all I do from the account. It's not verified because I don't feel like giving PayPal still more of my banking info and since it's all small ticket items, I don't see the need.
The fact that someone may refuse to send me my 1.99 item because I don't feel like registering every aspect of my being with Pay Pal right now is kind of ridiculous.
Unless it's a high ticket item... they paid you according to your TOS (I'm assuming you do not require your buyers to be verified). They fulfilled thier end of the bargain.

As long as it is a conirmed address, you are protected by P/P. I never worry about whether it is a verified member or not. Have never had a problem in 4 yrs.

There is no verified address... Ship to the
PayPal CONFIRMED address only with some form
of on-line tracking (USPS is Delivery Confirmation).
