I doubt rocket is the problem. It is probably the engines and ignition system that is the problem.

It has been 30 years since I launched rockets, but I seem to recall that the engines were considered class c fireworks.

there was no engine or ignition system that came with toy model, all it was,was a paper plastic, wood model, without any engine or ignition system....those you buy seperate...go figure....i am so confused, but as usual, ebay will not respond to my queries....

Obviously, you listed it in the wrong category!

FeeBay probably feels this belongs in the ADULT category, under AIDS, etc.

BTW: batteries included??

all it is , is just paper, plastic and wood, no batteries, no metal, no ignition system, no engine, no igniters or igniter plugs, just paper plastic and wood, nothing more nothing less....just a simple creative toy.......i think some mental degenerate thought it had igniters in it, without doing his reasearch or even to ask me just went off like a cocked idiot complaining to ebay, and ebay like , i'm not going to say it, made a decision based on paranoid evidence....no balls, to ask the seller if this toy has this or that, nope guilty without proper communication...what's next, jack boots at night kicking your door in because of some paranoid idiot because he or she doesn't like the way your pictures look....or because you ain't waving the proper flag....

not too long ago, last fall, I purchased a whole hobby chest full of these items along with the engines, ignitors etc....

the night I listed the auction I received several emails from collectors telling me that the engines and ignitors were not allowed and my sale would probably be shut down...it was by the next morning.

I removed the offending items and relisted the rockets...no problem and they sold very well..

your problem may be the launch pad...relist your auction but make it clear it is just the rocket model and nothing more.

good luck to you

by the way, thanks for all the pop ups in your site! not

i really don't know what the problem is, because ebay will not communicate with me on this issue, all i know is what i read on their site about fireworks and there is nothing there about lauch pads,it even states on the model box that there are no igniters, or igniter plugs or batteries....

as for the site i sent to show you what the rocket looks like, isn't my and if you are getting pop ups, then i recommend a pop up stopper software which you can get free on cnet or tucows or no-nags..............

I sell quite a number of model rockets on eBay w/out a problem. Like the other posters have said they might have ended the auction due to engines being listed, engines or not as we all know eBay cops never read the full ad when they get cancel happy fingers. A very interesting side line for us model rocket builders. The wording of the new anti-terriorist bill makes model rocket motors illegal to ship and in some cases own unless you have an ATF permit. Read about this stupid law here. http://www.space-rockets.com/congress.html

well that explains all the engines and igniters, and i am sorry that this will affect all those children who will be deprived of a fantastic hobby, with these new rules.......thank you " godfatherstoys " very useful info for those who are selling rockets.......where will the children and adults now get there engines if this new law makes it hard to get them, and what will this do to Rocketry in general, very sad....
