When I create an auction useing AW, I click on Paypal as a payment option. It's been great as it shows up properly on the listing and up to the middle of janyary I did't have any problem with that.
Lately, "paypal" still shows up on the listing but it doesn't show up on the e-bay check-out option. No matter how much I try and how many times I let my customers know that I really don't want them to use e-bay checkout, they still do and when they don't see paypal as a payment option, a lot of them sends moneyorder or checks without even contacting me. You know how slow mail service is,not considering the time it takes a customer to go out and get a stamp or moneyorder.Needless to say I have been doing a lot more of those "NPB"alert forms.
I am not sure it's a problem with AW or it's e-bay thing. I even added a logo from "paypal" so customers can go directly to the "paypal" site.
Lately I have been going through my auctions one by one and updating e-bay checkout payment options . I run 45-65 auctions a day. Now I am down to may be 5-10 a day. If I don't get the problem fixed I might will just quit all together( Lot's of angry customers and neutral feedbacks will do it for you too as my auction description and checkout option doesn't match).
Please help! HELP!

Does this explain it? From 1 of AW's announcements (sliding checkout):

After eBay integrated PayPal into the checkout process, sellers have been unable to list PayPal as a payment option in their listings, but not use the eBay checkout process. After hearing that a correction to this situation would likely take some time, we created an optional solution that met sellers' requests for a smoother post-sale checkout process."

Hi highly ... i had this same problem ... it was showing great till mid january .... i wrote to AW under a different AW community thread than this one ........... their answer to me worked [but it's kinda funny] ... click on 'my account' 'global preferences' .... scroll down to payment options and there are 2 option thingies, one says [recommended], the other does not ... they told me to switch to the one that does NOT say 'recommended', and then the Paypal thingy will show up on top of your ebay page ................. go figure .. it worked.
