Check out screen names
Zeuscolt & Yumyumz9
These two crooks have been tossed off ebay 4 times. these are thier last two screen names, I cant recall the other 2. Now they are back, loladix7. I am tempted to call ebay and try to explain that these are the same people who have stolen thousands of dollars from unsuspecting ebay buyers. Loladix7 is possible only because they have talked a neighbor into using her cc #. I see them buying daily in my home town. They (2 men)are grabby, pushy and stink of booze. They think they are untouchable because they have pulled the ol' woll over ebays eyes time and time again. Should I stand by and watch another 30-40 people get ripped off? Or should I do my duty as a responsible ebay member??

If you can prove what you are saying, I say turn them in, the sooner the better.

Thats what the original poster said. These names have been kicked off and now they have new names. This probably happens all the time and if they are using someone elses CC and probably address you are going to have a hard time convencing eBay that they are two in the same. If they have ripped people off before they will do it again and it probably will only a matter of time they will be gone. Until then I hope I don't buy from them.

The ID that you mention has been registered and selling for over a year now.

micmic66 you might want to check your "facts" again... that seller seems to be a good one and has been selling for awhile.

Kiara & twelvepole, I am with you. Selling over a year and their feedback doesnt look bad either.

kiara and Twelvepole....you are exactly the victim these guys seek out. The "benefit of the doubt" type. I have watched four of thier screen names deteriate into suspension. While this has happened I have read countless customer feedback from broken hearted bidders who were out thier hard earned money. Dont believe me?? Keep an eye on those feedbacks for a month or so. loladix7

What exactly does that mean? I made a simple statement that they have been registered and selling with that ID for over a year now.

I made no judgments at all because I have no facts to go on. But obviously you chose to read something else into what I wrote.

FWIW, I could have been sitting here for a year now watching that ID and I wouldn't have seen anything so unusual. Anyone can come in here and hammer their competition and accuse them of wrong doing so how are we to know?

You could be right that they may be out to screw a lot of people now but don't assume I am a "victim" just because I don't jump on the bandwagon and run off and report it to the ebay police.

Just doing a follow-up here. I remembered this thread so checked out the accused as a month or so has gone by. All still looks fine to me.

And the beat goes on.........
