I've ordered mailing supplies on ebay for several years. Tonight, for the first time, I counted a new box of bubble mailers. It was supposed to contain 50, but had only 46. Not sure if this is an accident or deliberate, but I'll be counting my orders from now on. Not sure how to measure 300 ft. of bubble wrap though.

Check in your city to see if there is a Kelly Paper outlet. They supply print shops and such with their supplies, are very inexpensive and you don't have to worry about shipping.
