I'm not longer getting notices when a bidder uses eBay's checkout. There is no longer any designation on my eBay page.

However, I'm finding that if I click "Checkout Summary," an address is there. No payment preference is selected though.

Is eBay auto-populating checkout without the bidder's registered address? Or did eBay simply cut-off any way to recognize when bidder has used their checkout?

Does anyone know about these changes?

Once you send a checkout notice you can go back to the auction and click on summary and the address will be there regardless of whether the bidder has checked out.
