Took me several months, but the #$%*(&^ seller that tried to rip me off, didn't succeed.

After sending me the wrong item and then not answering emails to talk to me and then leaving the retaliatory neg...
I filed a mail fraud complaint, figured what the hell, couldn't be out any more... but turns out that they did send out some paper work and this POS sent me my money... even though it took 3 months... it was worth it.
Best part is they are now on record for this kind of fraud and I am guessing if more come in... they could be in for a wee bit of trouble....

So for all you buyers out there if you use the USPS, file the complaint... can't lose you anything and could get you some money back.

Twelvepole, congratulations!

How did you file the report? Was it the form that is online or did you send a letter with corresponding evidence to the seller's zip code?

I ask because I want to know what works.

I am not hotcupoftea on eBay.
