I ebay buyer can not checkout (make payment) his winning auction because he can not select the shipping option (none are illustrated).
I must have done something wrong. (funnee cuz none of my other bidders have had problems).
But, how can i change this so that he can checkout (wont let him past this screen) on an auction that is done.

Is he trying to pay by PayPal? If so go to PayPal and send him an invoice.
