On eBay's "Preferred Solution Provider" page, they list a couple of companies and I had a question. Why doesn't "AuctionWatch" have a check next to the system integration?

To see what I'm talking about go to this page - http://pages.ebay.com/psp/index.html

I'm new to this solution provider business and I'm on the two week trial with AuctionWatch. One thing I couldn't figure out how to do was to specify the exact time I want an auction to start. Is there a way to do that? Or is that part of the whole not being "integrated in the system".

Can some of you out there give me some of the pro's and con's of these solution providers -"ChannelAdvisor", "Andale", "AuctionWorks", and "Connection to Ebay".

Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Sounds like their referring to the feeBay API -- but AW has been a subscriber for over a year, so that page is probably outdated

ANDALE: sucks big-time! NO CS! Plus, once they get yer CC, they don't like to let go!

CA: good program -OVERPRICED! Plus they gottem some nasties working in CS!

AuctionWorks: for me, the site was unnecessarily obtuse & difficult to use!

Fairmarket: are they still in business?

AW: I'd give AW a C+ rating. GREAT STORE! Nice & easy listing program.

Auction start time is called out at the very bottom of the Sales Manager form. Go to Sales Manager tab, then Create a Listing, and then at the bottom of the listing form you will find a 'Schedule' button with windows to set date (present to 9 day advance) and time (within 15 minute intervals). Just set the date and time, and then click on the schedule button, and the auction listing is then send to the 'Pending' list, for later launch.
