Greetings,

1.) Does anyone know how to add a "Send Payment Information" Click through Button to an auction? I usually just use the "Pay Now" with PayPal button, but of course people are getting upset because I haven't put the shipping info. in there yet because I don't know until I have their zip codes. It was suggested by one of my buyers that I put the Send Payment Info. button in my listings instead (like in auction Item # 2620842204 had in their closed auction). Can this button be done through AW or is it through eBay and how do I get it into my auctions?

2.) Secondly, how are sellers able to send automatic winning bidder notices to customers if they don't know their zip codes to calculate the shipping amount until they get an address from the buyer? Are other sellers just putting in a set amount for shipping? What's the best way to handle it? I'm trying to simplify.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Toasted...I also found this very helpful site for building a USPS postage calculator to put right into your auction listing. I've seen a number of these on auctions recently. It was so easy!

And thanks for your suggestion - I'll check it out.

I've used the auctionsupplies.com postage calculator too. I just go back to the auction & insert the buyers zip code. An extra step but I definately think the calculator increased sales thus making hte extra step worthwhile. I had to go back even when they paid for the auction to see if they paid by parcel post or priority. Unless I am missing something it doesn't allow for adding insurance either.
