This is a three piece flower I just don't know what it's used for. I was thinking the metal piece in the center was a type of floral frog, but I'm not sure. As far as I know it could be an overly extravigant pencil holder!

extravagant it is but I dont think it's a pencil holder, I think it could be used for flower arragements.
Ikebana or Masumi?

Item is a live flower holder. Water goes in bottom. Cut flowers go in holes. Looks siver or plated. Lovly item

It's commonly referred to as a frog.

I believe that it is something that is known as a frog.
