I just looked at the ebay fee structure. I didn't see a fee for eBay's "Item Specifics"

Anyone know anything about this?

Maybe I've missed something or been looking in the wrong places, but until AW changed the layout of their listing page, I had never heard of the term "item specifics". Could someone please explain to me, in layman's terms, what exactly is meant by item specifics?
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

I first noticed this when I listed some prints a couple of months ago. This is what it looks like in an auction (not mine).

ebay claims you get higher prices if you use specifics in the categories where they are available.

And I first noticed item specifics when I sold a poster for a neighbor. We don't know about it until we actually need it, I think.

However, there are about 200,000 posters up for auction at any given time (exaggerating just a little). Tough sell.
