Does anyone have any suggestions on sellers tools that can improve my business? In the past year the only significant thing I did was sign up for a toll free # with FreedomVOICE. It has saved my feedback because I have been able to get back with people quicker and I have probably made a few more sales because I have that toll free #. I also have had a lot of repeat buyers call me directly on that 800 number. This is costing me under 20 a month but I am looking to go to the next level and add something else to my home office. Does anyone have any suggestions for auction sales tools?

Website, Webstie, Website! Create a site highlighting your inventory, allowin direct sales. Change your user id to the url of your site to legally cross promote.

ROFL! That could be a problem.
Since you already have a site, what is it exactly that you are trying to accomplish? More site traffic, more ebay bidders? Higher bid levels?
If you want to drive more traffic to your site, try overerture. If you are not in an area that is overly saturated you may be able to get a good click price and with a great product and easy to navigate site that could help you out tremendously.
