remind yourself of paypal protection policy-
ship within 7 days after receipt of payment,if you are using a drop shipper,make sure it can ship within 7 days.
any item over 200 or is it 250,requires signature receipt-if you are shipping to an apt in high rise building,doorman signing for package ,his signature does not count.
confirmed address means the apt address (for example apt 5c),not the high rise building front desk.
recently a buyer scammed several ebay sellers and yahoo shop taking advantage of ups/dfed exp dropping off packages at the front desk of hi rise building.
