I am wondering if there is anyway to make giving feedback to buyers automated. In particular I am interested in a way to automate giving positive feedback to buyers who have given me positive feedback. Is there software to do this and is it reliable?

I used to use vrane.com and they are pretty reliable. But now that my inventory and auction numbers has increased I decided to start leaving fb first. But vrane is good, it is about a penny or 1.5 cents each fb they leave.
