my question is how many auctions are you allowed to have shut down by ebay because they are considered a violation of the rules?
is it 2,,4,6, etc... and what happens if you have crossed over the limit

thanks

I know once you cross over the limit you get suspended. I once had 3 auctions pulled in one day and that was after 2 others in 6 months prior to that. I was being "reviewed for suspension" and had to do some serious a** kissing to stay active.

It's probably 30 days, but you have to watch your step during those 30 days because if they catch you listing or doing anything you're not supposed to then it's forever.

I have had about 25 in one day and it was becuase my Paypal logo was to big so I had to go change all of them.

They said I was going to get reviewed, But I didn't get in trouble,

Then I had about three with the wrong logo and they called me on the phone. An asked if I would change them.

They said they understood that it is hard to keep track of a lot of auctions.

I don't think there is any set cutoff. I know eBay doesn't publish guidelines, because from a legal standpoint that would be troublesome for them. That's why they generally say they reserve the right to cancel any listing or suspend any user.

And reviewing comments placed on the board here, we've seen people suspended indefinitely for infractions that others apparently just got a warning for. (Of course, in many cases we have only their side of the story.)

I think it depends a lot on who gets your "case" and how they feel about a particular infraction, but that's just a guess.
