If an ebay bidder gets 3 Final Value Credit reports they are suspended by ebay. My question is --- Is there any kind of time limit on how long the reports stay on one's ebay file? Has anyone ever seen a link that details the length of time each infraction stays active? Just curious.

I think it's subjctive. you can "reapply" although who knows what the criteria is for reinstatement - paying past sellers 9or at least showing effort to is one, I think sock color, and birth weight of first born child or most recently aquired mammalian pet is another

Thanks toollady. Is there a link anywhere for that though?
The suspeneded bidder can get reinstated if one of the three sellers reverses the final credit fee but the auction(s) that can get reversed can not be older than 90 days as they disappear from the ebay database.
The answer is
Non-Paying bidders face the following consequences through this program:
• First offense: warning
• Second offense: warning
• Third offense: Indefinite Suspension
(there is a link to the definition of indefinite suspension)
