For instance:

When you go to leave feedback for someone, you have to sign in, then a page comes up that says "FIND ALL TRANSACTIONS" with a clickable bar "Find all transactions in the past 90 days"

Why? There isn't any other options, so why bother? Why not just take us to the bloody feedback transactions. It is a poor design.

Maybe someone from eBay reads these things!?

Anyone else got any other examples of totally annoying, redundant, irrelevant waste-of-our-time eBay pages?

I agree 100% with you! I've been thinking the same thing for ages. Why why why?!

Filing for a NPB refund is very repetive and sensless too. Ebay has to make it a pain on purpose.

Filing for NPB is such a pain that probably thousands don't evem bother & if they do the first step I wonder how many forget to go back 10 days later and finalize it.

I think making this a bother is a very big money maker for eBay.

"Find all transactions in the past 90 days"

I emailed ebay about that FB page last year. They simply don't care about the wasted time of their users.
They are too busy counting their money.

This is one of the reasons I switched to leaving Feedback through VENDIO post-sale management...they even have a very good search engine that lets you find the transaction by auction id#, title or buyer email...a couple of clicks and you're done!

I have no problem with leaving feedbacks. When I see that my feedback rating has increased I click on my rating and see the last transaction(s) and click on the transaction number and leave the return feedback. I only have 40 or 50 items listed at any time so I'm not a big volume dealer though.

Having to sign in constantly is a huge waste of time. It doesn't protect me; it only protects eBay (or so they think).

Yes, you can "Sign In" at the top of the page, but for many functions us sellers must do, you have to SIGN IN again. For some functions (filing for FVF) you have to SIGN IN again for every single bleepin' auction! Stupid. I'd pay good money to have this automated.

It appears the redundant page is finally gone. Hurray!

I click on the transaction number and the auction page comes up.

Did you leave something out?

On the extreme left edge of each auction item page is a "Leave Feedback" section with a "to bidder" clickable link. Of course you'll have to click the "to bidder" link to leave the feedback.

Cheryl et al:

Yes! Good response from whomever at eBay was reading this post and obviously agreed that page WAS redundant. It is now gone, you sign in & takes you directly to the feedback listings.

Nice to see, so thank you for rectifying that.
