Was out shopping at the local area swap meet and I came across some small advertising celluoid type mirrors. One depicting the signs of the zodiac with drink moxie in the middle, another with Mickey Mouse,Lucky Strikes cigarette package and Jean Harlow ? drinking a coca cola. All are in pretty good condition any info on the market value or collectability would be appreciated.

If these are authentic, they are worth quite a bit. However this type of celluloid advertising mirror has been reproduced since the 1970s. Can you post any pictures?

Hi, Sorry to say but IMHO they are repros from the 1970s. All of the early advertising pocket mirrors that I have ever seen at shows and auctions were round. Also, there is something about the graphics that just does'nt look right to me. I hope you can get some more input here on the board.
Good Luck!

I remember those reproductions from the 70's. The were very cheap. Very popular with hippies for powdery substances.
