As in once they are NARUed, can you THEN give them their justifide feed back OR is it locked up so no feed back CAN be given? Thanks! I DO want to wish them well! LOL.

I think that once you have been Narued, eBay is closed to you. I know you can't leave them a Feedback, either pos. or neg. I had a person who won an auction, paid with P/P & I shipped toher. She left me a pos fdbck & responded only to find that she had just bee suspended. Turned out that someone had hacked in & was using her name. Took about 2 weeks for her get it cleared. She had over 700 pos fdbcks & no negs!

They can't post feedback once they're NARUed and you can't post feedback on their transactions. They can come back if they can get the one of the three Final Credit filers to rescind their Final Credit ( if the transaction(s) were in the last 90 days )

Just to be sure, The "3 x loser" finally npb's #3,(which ebay has now refunded fees to three,3 different sellers)Can the Seller, Post feed back on the buyer? (bidder, I guess is really a better word here as he never paid so he never bought anything)Thanks!

I do so want to wish them good ridance once they ARE NARUed. If not after then perhaps ( See, this falls right in with the the other 3 strikes thread,) It would be really nice to SEE if he/she has two fees refunded NPB's filings already. Then, I could leave a nice feed back and hit the refund fees button. Thanks.

Once they are naru, no feedback can be left as they are no longer on ebay. The only time you can leave feedback is just before they get the boot.[time between when you file for your npb and fvf] unless another seller beats you to it.

If they are "not a registered user" it's as thought they never signed up with ebay. They don't exist. They are gone.

Anyway, even if it were possible, why bother? Wouldn't your time be better used in posting more auctions?

It had the tone of REAL Urgency. Please,,,,Not the dreaded NARUed!! Too bad Sucker! Scratch one looser! Long story, not worth the strokes to tell it.
