My auction on eBay is for item # 2173994697 and I am having problems with my pictures loading. Is this a problem with Ebay or Vendio? How can I get this fixed? It started out OK and I got a few bids but unless I get it fixed quick, I may need to cancel my auction. Thanks.

Hello
Still a problem? Go to your image center and right click on your image to enlarge. Look it over. If OK you may have to large a picture. Use 100 setting on your scanner and rescan. (If prior you used 250 up that is likly the problem) reload image into your computer, which will dump old image out of your computer. Dump your picture in your image center (Such as AW) which will make you listing loose it's image briefly and up load your new image with same image id number. After loaded new image should be in listing. Without more details I am really guessing here. Hope you have solved problem.

Hi! Just now, before you'd have a chance to follow the advice you've been given above, I went to your auction, and it loaded extremely quickly! (And it's a gorgeous auction with great layout and pictures, too.) Maybe the problem has healed itself?

This is very strange. It seems that the problem is just with me, which is OK. I log on to my computer and view bad pictures but when my wife logs on under her name the pictures look fine! All my other auctions look fine for me also. Only this one has blurred pics. Thanks for your quick input. Glad I found this place.

cannon - you might try deleting temporary internet files and look at your auction again and see if it still is a problem

Hi Cannon,

Your auction is wonderful! The pictures load fast and are crystal clear.

If you're on AOL, go to Settings, then Preferences. Scroll down to Internet Settings. Click on the Web Graphics tab. Click the Never Compress Graphics box.

This might solve the problem of fuzzy pics on your computer.

Hope this helps.

Thanks to all for replies. I already deleated files and cookies, etc. but I get same result. As far as I am concerened all is OK if something on my end is at fault. Just thought it strange that only this one auction gives bad pictures, and I am talking so bad that I can just tell the picture is of a fountain pen with a horizontal line where the picture load stops. I will keep working on finding the problem but the pressure is off as long as my costomers get a good look. Thanks again.

Hello
The though crossed my mind that you just want us to look at your auction and possibly bid? I should of looked at your auction first. With your numbers I am sure you know as much as I how to load pictures.

No way! I would not such a thing. As a matter of fact one of the first thing I did was to hurry to get an edit to tell bidders to click on the picture to get a clear view which is what I had to do. You are right that I have been doing auctions for a while. This is the first time this has happened to me and for one of the rarest pens that I have put on auction. When I do post to a group about my auctions I do so at sites specific for pen collectors where it would have a very receptive audience. I have had a good experience on this community board and appreciate your help as well as the good response from Vendio. I also still have the problem but it seems to be only on this auction and when I am logged on under my name under Windows XP. All my other auctions look fine. Vendio said to try logging on AOL with a different phone number and it might work. I will try this as well as a few other things and post again if it works. Thanks.

Problem solved! I increased my disk space allocation for temperary internet files and all is well. Still, deleating all temp. files before didn't help. Anyway, if this ever happens to you try that.
