I haven't had to make a request for a refund for quite a long time, but somehow I uninstalled my dazzle software when I was trying to clean up programs on my computer the other day. I thought the Dazzle I unistalled was my Dazzle Card Reader.
Thank goodness for your backup system, all my postage log was still there, the address book was gone, but that's no bigger since the log still has the addresses.
BUT you have automated the refunds YAY! No more cutting out and mailing it in! YAY!
I had saved my layout as "my layout" and not thinking anything about it, I opened that up, hit print, and oops....it was missing the postage paid part of the label.
