I am just itching to launch some auctions today but my gut feeling is that people will not be on pc's until Monday next week...at least up here in Minne-soda everybody is "up at da lake"..is it like that everywhere else in country too?
Of course if I were truly wicked I could just hope for rain  !

lol neglus ...I'll do a rain dance for you ! Were going on vacation June 7th - 14th so I'm posting some today for 5 days and then nothing till the day we leave ,hoping everyone will pay before June 7th...Then I have a bunch of 10 day auctions ready to go with the were not here to answer questions in it for the day we leave ....it sounds like a plan lol lets hope it works!

i am listing more today than usual...all 7 day sales. there are always people who don't go to the lake, what lake is that big?
hopefully a lot of sellers will feel as you do and i will have less competition this week

I decided only to do my relists from non sells (which were very few, this was a good week) - I am starting to gear up to being gone for about a month in the next few weeks, so it is time to wind things down until mid to late July...

rarriffle-If your from Minnesota the whole state is lake. There are 10,000 lakes each one more beautiful than the next. Yes neglus I am from Minnesota and wish I was back there.

I agree Libra - the lakes are beautiful and one reason I don't go "up to da lake" is that I have one outside my back door.
I'll check back with you next January to see if you REALLY wish you were back here! LOL

You know Minnesota has only 3 seasons. July, August and Winter but I loved them all.
I didn't move far - Wisconsin. So the weather is the same. I am also from up north and had a BIG lake. But I still enjoyed it.
I also listed last night. I know there will be buyers around because they will be looking for the deals that the vacationers missed.

Around here, practically everyone heads to the beach! I HAVE noticed a sharp decline in sales around the "lesser" holidays (oddly not so at Christmas) & at tax time but what the heck - I listed a couple of items too. It is fun to experiement...

Never, Never Never a Viking Fan. Always have been a Packer Fan. I was around way before the Vikings.
