I had about 2000 points left on vrane and noticed my account was ready to expire.....it did so the next day........are these points non-transferrable?.......vrane started out fairly simple and now it seems it has progressivily gotten very expensive and complicated.....

I don't know with certainty, but they are transferable before they expire, but I would guesss that after the account expires, it is not. I will probably not renew either - I only used them for the automated feedback, but it has not been automatic in 6 months now. Since I have to log into the account and do it manually, I might as well leave feedback without using and paying for them. They replied only once about it being temporarily down, and never answered another question. That temporary down has gone on for months. It never was user friendly to begin with, guess they will be losing more customers.
