I just got what appears to be a pending payment of $250.00!!!! Dollars from some Smuck by Name of Beiken Meffen. e mail address of [email protected] Wow!!!! $250.00 bucks! Yeah!! how fast can I click that link from an e mail for $250.00 Big Ones.
LOL NOT from this avid reader of Vendio. A trap!!!!! there IS NO $250.00 pending in my account! 0. I have checked numerous times today. Click that and it's like pulling a trip wire,,,,,,3,2,1,,,,,BOOM!!!!!!! if you get that one, DO NOT!!!!!! step on it! Send it to [email protected] like pronto!
They tell ME to add HIS e mail address to MY account to collect the $250.00. LOL!!!! BOOM!!!! Check out the addresses yourself. type them in the address bar and tell us what you see. I see a legit looking pay pal page.
I have NEVER had to do that that and I have over 900 deals on pay pal.

Thanks for the heads up FETISH128 ! I would be willing to bet that one could get someone in trouble. Sellers are looking for paypal payments so they would click the link without thinking.

Fetish - they look legit because they are and adding his email address would allow him complete access to your account but there is a small flaw in his system that I see..... how does he know the password?

Wow, this takes everything. Why in the world would anyone add a stranger's email address to their Paypal account. Sorry to laugh, but it would take a real ninny to do that.

LET ME GUESS....The email provides a sign-in to pay-pal too (they copied the sign-in screen ~ i got one of those)...voila password!

I changed my PayPal email address a week ago, have been to PayPal several times since & my new email address always comes up as my ID.
When I went to the address FETISH posted, my old email address came up !!

there was a warning about this email on our local news last night, central Ohio, they said many have fallen for this email and Paypal wanted to get the word out that it is a scam.
