I bought 10 items (dolls) from automated seller, she sent the wrong dolls and never ans. my emails.........this was the last posting I made.
NOW........I filled a complaint with Square Trade........she finally ans. me but not with a solution to this problem.
This is one of the emails I sent to her when the dolls arrived.:

I received the dolls today that I bought and there is a mistake in the order.

YOU SENT ME ....2.........PORCELAIN DOLLS 183281 DRESSED IN BLACK AND GOLD........THIS IS WRONG, I DID NOT BID ON THIS DOLL I DON"T EVEN KNOW HER EBAY ITEM NUMBER, THIS IS WRONG.
Please contact me and tell me how you will fix this mixup and I want the dolls that I won ..........I dont want a subsitute, Please dont take long to straighten this out because i need these dolls before June 13th.

i am sorry we didn't send 163196 was because we are out of stock for her!
Sorry about that! What i can do is to allow u to keep the wrong dolls or
replacement doll and i woudl give u a credit fo $4.25 that that doll cost u.

This same problem also happened with another seller who stated in her auction that the statues I won were Delft...........which when they arrived I see they are Japan..........I want to send them back because she misrepresented this auction and I bid in good faith. I checked her feedback now, not before I bid and I found that she did the same thing to someone else in May so that means NOW, she knew she was doing wrong but still said it was Delft .....which it is not..........this is another of my problems as a buyer.........
If this is what has been happening to many buyers on ebay its no wonder we are loosing Buyers.............I for one will think twice before I buy on EBAY..........
I am so upset over this mess because its just a waste of my time now trying to straighten it all out and at the end Hope it does end right, but if not I will just chalk it up to another learning experience.
AND I THOUGHT SELLERS LIKE MYSELF HAD IT HARD.........LITTLE DID I REALIZE........ITS A BUYERS NIGHTMARE ...........LOL

Sellers like that do a lot of damage to ebay's reputation and there are more and more automated sellers out there these days.

Since this person has admitted to being out of stock on an item, it is reason for suspension. Ebay rules specifically state that you may not list items that are not in stock as all items must be ready for immediate delivery.
Take a bottle of asprin before doing this, but I would go to the ebay help system and jump through their hoops and turn this loser in.

The perfect solution would be for Ebay to buy Bidville. They need a place to banish sellers like this to so the legit sellers can operate on Ebay and not have to worry about buyers being afraid to bid on their auctions.
The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

I wish eBay would clean house of these truly despicable and awful sellers. Or get away from the feedback system and go to a rating system such as 0 to 5 for 1)Packaging, 2)Shipped Promptly, 3)Item as Described, 4)Communication, and so on. Then Tonimar's seller would get big fat ZEROS in all of the categories.
What gripes me the most is how we get cheated. Then if we try to resolve the matter, it is costly to us in time. And on the other end, you know the seller is such a low-life that the seller is not even paying any attention to the situation, could care less that a buyer is being aggravated and has been cheated.
Tonimar, what is your mental picture of this seller? I mean, what do you think the person looks like, how does the person live and act, where does the person live. I get my mental pictures when I am cheated, just curious what your mental picture is.

I just checked your one auction and did you see your seller lists through Vendio. Do you think they read this board. I sure hope so. She will get an eye full.

Right now to this Seller I am a Thorn in Her/His side......(never once have they even signed there name on any emails so I don't even know what to call them.)
I only want this problem to be cleared up, and .......hotcup.......as to what they look like and how they live has not crossed my mine to be honest with you but now that its brought to my attention " I see a careless creature that has only one course of direction and that is to "bring in the $$$$$, weather its earned in good faith or not is not there concern, and buyers such as myself are just another means of them acquiring this, Caring, & being an honest seller is not in there scope.
Why this is important to me:..........because they never made any attempt to contact me, work anything out, and they took it upon themselves to send me dolls that I never asked for. There was no mention of .........."if we are out of stock we will substitute" at least they could have contacted me and asked me what I would like to do since they are out of stock, I don't have any problem with the item not being available...........but I feel I deserved to be asked what I would like to do since it was won on auction and now not available.
They don't have the right to do my thinking for me, and as you see they can't even make the right decisions...........sending me doubles of what I won????......and a doll I never even bid on?????????........where do they get the right to do my thinking?????????.......this Seller has over 8,000 feedback's and maybe this is an isolated case and I happen to be the unlucky one, or others just don't try to resolve the problem they may figure the amount is not a large amount so .......just forget about it, cause this seller is just ignoring the situtation.
I should mention that I also bought from 5 other sellers and they have been great, I don't want to overlook the GOOD sellers
And the so called "Delft" statues that I bought look like they came straight out of the trash can.........

This would be a better system because it would give the buyer a better picture of the true transaction that took place..........
Soon I will just go and give all neg., to the doll seller and the Delft- Japan statues........I am at the point of anger and I feel if this whole mess is not cleared up by the end of this week ........then I have given them more time then is deserved..........and I will just neg. all transaction with these two sellers and move on to more important work.
I already have 7 neg. of retaliation, so what's a few more

I would neg. And I would also copy and paste this entire thread and move it to the Vendio community somewhere, ask a moderator to read it and help you if possible.
