Man, this guy is annoying... I've never filed any NPB's... and this isn't the first time he's 'screamed' at me in email ... lol

So, who in ebay-world would you forward this too? He sent me the same thing (about being NARUed) because of me a couple months after a transaction....

First off, I sold him the one item, and he DECLINED the second, it was not broken, I did not say that to him, he just asked if he could just purchase the one, and I let him, but NEVER filed NPB on him... arghhhhh

Here's his latest (he keeps getting NARU'ed, changed parts to xxx to protect the guilty or innocent )

I had bid on one of your xxxxx xxxxxx
xxxxxxxxx which I had won on 3/21/02.
YOU discovered that this one had a crack in it.
So, YOU offered me the other xxxxxx xxxxxx
xxxxxxxxx if I wanted
that one...

I declined and YOU AGREED that I wasn't
obliged to paid for this one!
So, why did you file 2 NON-BIDDING WARNINGS ON xxxxxxxxx?

Because of this, my EBAY ACCOUNT xxxxxxx has been indefinitely
suspended!

PLEASE CONTACT EBAY AND HAVE THESE TWO NON-BIDDING WARNINGS AGAINST
xxxxxxxxxx REMOVED IMMEDIATELY!

Frankly, I don't understand this because these
wins were way back in the year 2002!
Apparently, you must not keep accurate records of your bidder's wins!

Please get back to me at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

Sincerely, xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx

Damn! Anyway where would I forward this to, I'm frankly tired of his emails!

Thanks

Let him know you couldn't do it because too long ago!
Ebay gives you a time frame to act in.

user-to-user threats

http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/everyone-threats.html

There should be no time frame on a threat?

It's always a good thing to read and learn the SafeHarbor (Rules & Safety) section of the ebay site map. It's a pain to navigate through it but you can bookmark the areas you may need more than once.
