Yahoo is pathetically dead as many have noticed but it turns out that this is a good thing. Last week I put in some minimum bids on a bunch of items that sell very well on ebay figuring I would keep an eye on them and see if it would be worth buying and reselling on ebay. Then I was cursed by the modem gods and ended up off line for most of the week. Got back on today and went to see what the items closed at and turns out that my bids were the only one placed on these items, all of which sell for double to triple the price I am paying.

Kiara - I wish I was on vacation - I was losing my mind not being able to get online! I have declared a moritorium on vacations though until after I move. I figure my move will probably result in about a month of me being offline as I get settled and wait for a line connection. Funny thing is in Mexico it will take less time to get a high speed connection set up than a dial up. After I unpack and before I am internet accessed again I will have plenty of time to be lazy
