Is there any way for the seller to cancle a bid on a BIN?

I have a buyer that BINed 2 items instead of 1 by mistake. I cannot seem to find how to cancle the bid. Do I have to do a non-paying bidder claim to avoid fees?

Cant the buyer retract his bid?? Maybe not on a bin.....sorry, dunno.....
