I paid for an auction May 12 using BIDPAY.
Normally they are a trouble free service, however this time they messed up big time!
Seller shipped and we traded FB's.
She later called in a panic as Bidpay cancelled the MO saying that it was part of a counterfeit series.
Bidpay admitted that it was their error and said they would replace it and pay her bank fees as well.
Still no replacement MO as of today.
I have attempted to follow up with 3 Emails and also sent a fax.
I want to support her and as well keep my good name.
All I get is an automated response saying that they are unable to do a banner insertion.
So far no response to my FAX.
Shucks, what do I do now.

Anyone have a phone # that I can try?
Maybe talking with a warm body will help resolve the situation.

Thanks

As the recipient of the MO, she is the one that needs to contact BidPay. I had a similar problem and the replacement was sent out the next day.

I agree that it's her problem. I have heard from other sellers that they received their replacement money orders in the mail a couple of weeks ago and bidpay gave them a little extra for their troubles (I don't remember if it was a monetary gift or something else)

It'd not just a matter of it being the sellers "problem". Bidpay actually REQUIRES the seller to be the contact once the payment has been sent. There is a link on the site for sellers who have not yet recieved payment although calling is going to be the fastest way for her to clear the matter up.

We exchanged POS FB's so I have no problem in that area.

My main concern is that I was the one that suggested we use Bidpay as being in Canada it is the main system that I use for my sales, so I feel a bit guilty and want to help her as much as I can.

Nowhere have I been able to find a phone no for BIDPAY.

We accept BidPay payment, but I wouldn't consider shipping till the check/mo is in hard.

JW - the problem is that a month o so ago, Bidpay sent out a large number of MOs with an invalid account number (damn typos). Sellers got their money oprder but they were returned by the bank.
