Anyone else get this email?
---------------------------------------------

Dear PayPal user,

In a continuing effort to provide our customers the best possible online transaction experience, we randomly select users, like you, to participate in a survey. To this end, we sent you an invitation last week to participate in an online survey that will help us assess your needs. Your feedback will help us better understand the types of services and features that will enhance the value of PayPal. The survey will take roughly 12 minutes to complete.

To complete the survey, simply click on the Web address shown below (or copy the address into your browser).

If you experience any technical difficulties while taking this survey, please contact [email protected].

As always, we appreciate your patronage.

Regards,
PayPal

If you have concerns about the validity of this survey, please contact [email protected]. Please note, PayPal will not request personal data (password, credit card/bank numbers, and so on) in an email.

PayPal has commissioned Teleresearch to conduct this study among its members. PayPal truly respects the opinions of its customers. We are contacting you for market research purposes only and you will not be re-contacted as a result of your participation in this study.

ALL- I'm curious what made it sound like a scam? Directed you to a well know survey site, asks for no account related information and gives you a PayPal email address to check validity on.

What exactly was it that made you suspicious or are you just suspicious of every email now?

No, it was not a scam. There was no personal information requested.

It was mainly choosing preferences in changes in PayPal's service platform; mainly in fees versus Seller protection.

A 100 pardons the survey appears real. I've watched way to many reruns of the X-files!
I filled out the survey, even told the truth on all the Q's! It wouldn't accept my form because I was not a member of the survey team.
Oh well, I use PP now and then, but still like opening those envelopes containing cash, checks, or Mo's!!
