Reading it a bit closer this appears to be a pyramid scheme of some sort, which as far as I know is illegal. Anyone who bids on this IMO is out of their minds. I wouldn't worry too much. I'm sure they have already been turned in. Have you read their feedback?

When an auction starts out like this one the seller knows that it is not legal. Sounds like the same idea the one that you had to buy the password for $35.00. It was started last night so I bet eBay will close it down before the end of the day.

Yours isn't the only category hit - looks like the seller hit 100 others ( AT LEAST) if you look at "seller's other items". Of course all that is being sold is ANOTHER get rich quick book...but sure looks like listing spamming to me....I hope eBay is onto it!

They used the Notice to eBay Staff: I am the copyright owner of the information offered in this auction. No other seller has the right to offer this information on eBay or through any other means. line but it may be a bluff. We'll see if it was a bluff in a day or so.
