I am trying to sell 1 of an item at a time but have 100's of them , is there a way or a another ebay partner that will relist my listings automatically after it ends with a buy it now ONLY , as with vendio I am loosing hours[ Unless I check the web site every 1 hour or so ] b4 I re list after a buy it now sale
Because I usually list it at lets say 38.00
with a buy it now for 39.00 or so
Because these are the bottom line prices I can afford to sell these at.
Any other improvement tips are very welcome

I use Andale counters, and on the page where I view my auctions, there is a clickable option that says "auto relist". I haven't used it so I can't tell you much about it, but you might want to check them out. Andale.com

No, I don't know of a site that will do precisely what you want.
However, I think you could (and maybe should) do some creative merchandising to get more of the same item up at once while still maintaining the illusion you have only one of each.
Let's take one of your Rayban sunglasses, currently listed as "Rayban Tortoise Square Clubmaster Unisex Styl"
Come up with some alternate titles, like:
New Rayban Tortoiseshell GTD 100% Original w/Case
Rayban Distributor Liquidation: NEW Model W1482
NEW Top-Quality Genuine Rayban Cool Unisex Style
I'm sure you can do better than my feeble attempts. Once you have five different titles, consider listing several of them in different categories to draw in new bidders.
Oh, and one other thing: Make five different pictures to go with your five titles.
Once you have the five auctions listed, just check once per day and relist any that have ended with a BIN.
I'm not just talking out of my hat here, by the way; I too have hundreds of a certain item and have had great results from the technique I described here. I think the different pictures really helped; the object looks different from other angles.
I am not a bathtub full of brightly-colored machine tools on Vendio.
