I use Vendio, but if someone orders more than 5 items they get a special discounted shipping rate which is more than I have Vendio automatically figure out. Right now if they pay with paypal I have to manually do a paypal invoice and copy and paste all the auction numbers. That's ok, but when you get 10 or more items it's a pain. Is there anything built into ebay or paypal that will automatically let me search by seller/buyer, find all the items they won, and then send an invoice with the shipping that I put in?

A. Yes, Pay For eBay Items shows all of the items you've won on eBay that require payment. Click the Pay button in the Action column for an item, and all of your other items won from that same seller will appear. You can then make a single consolidated payment for the items of your choice.
Note: Consolidated payments can only be made for items listed in the same currency.

You can do a manual combine of the items and enter a fixed shipping rate for all of the items. If the items have already been combined you can still go in and edit the shipping to whatever you desire.
